The items I've bought since the last refresh are restocked, but other than that the selection of items remains exactly the same. But what I haven't heard with any degree of certainty is what each trader specializes in, and how that changes things. Jen for example supposedly has more medical supplies, but I really haven't noticed much difference between her stock and anybody else. So if you look for any map seeds for console, just be sure you type the name in exactly.
