Press the Up button 1 time. Press the Rewind button 2 times. Press the Fast Forward button 2 times. Roku remote restart buttons. After pressing all the buttons on your remote just wait for a few settings. The TV will boot up again. After the restart, you can check and see if the Prime Video issue is fixed or not.I have roku tv and Prime was crashing after about minute into a movie. So I turn tv off and then unplug it from wall and wait about 15 seconds then plug back in and turn back on. Seems to clear up problem but may have to repeat this process in a week or so depending on how much you watch prime.Update: unplugging the Roku device, waiting about 15-30 seconds and replugging into power source does fix the crashing issue. So think hard reset. However, I find it strange that this behavior only happens when using the Prime Video app. It did not/has not happened with any of the other various apps I have in my menu.

This is most definitely a Prime Video channel bug and will most likely be corrected/fixed without any user action.
